TERMS & CONDITIONS
Effective Date: August 7, 2026
Last Updated: August 7, 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern access to and use of Win A Cash Prize (“WACP”), the WinACashPrize.com website (the “Website”), registration with WACP, and participation in WACP promotions.
By accessing the Website, creating a registration, or participating in a WACP promotion, you agree to these Terms.
Participation in any specific contest or promotion is also subject to the applicable Official Contest Rules. If these Terms conflict with the Official Contest Rules concerning eligibility, entry, participant selection, prizes or winner determination, the Official Contest Rules will govern.
1. ABOUT WIN A CASH PRIZE
WACP operates promotional and educational campaigns designed to introduce participants to participating companies through interactive contests, company information, research opportunities and skill-based questions.
The 2026 Mining Madness — Cash Call promotion is scheduled to operate from October 1 through October 31, 2026.
Participation by eligible players is free.
NO PURCHASE OR INVESTMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
2. ELIGIBILITY
Unless otherwise specified in the applicable Official Contest Rules, WACP promotions are open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
Participants must have a valid telephone number and email address and must provide accurate and complete registration information.
Additional eligibility requirements may be contained in the applicable Official Contest Rules.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. NO PURCHASE OR INVESTMENT NECESSARY
No purchase, payment or investment is required for an eligible participant to register for or participate in Mining Madness.
Participants are not required to purchase a product or service, purchase or own securities, open an investment account, become a customer of a participating sponsor, or provide any other financial consideration to enter or win.
Purchasing or owning securities in a sponsoring company does not increase a participant’s chances of being selected or winning.
4. MINING MADNESS CONTEST PERIOD
Mining Madness will operate from:
October 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026.
Regular Cash Calls will take place Monday through Friday during October, according to the Official Cash Call Schedule.
The Grand Prize Cash Call will take place on October 31, 2026.
5. SPONSOR DEADLINE
Participating Mining Madness sponsors must complete their applicable sponsorship requirements, including payment of required sponsorship fees, no later than:
September 15, 2026.
Sponsor participation is a commercial arrangement between WACP and participating sponsors and is entirely separate from free participant registration.
6. SEPTEMBER 16 OFFICIAL SCHEDULE
The final number of Cash Calls and corresponding prize amounts will depend upon the final number of participating sponsors.
After sponsor participation closes, WACP will establish the official Mining Madness Cash Call schedule and prize structure.
On September 16, 2026, WACP intends to publish on the Website the:
participating sponsors; number of Cash Calls; Cash Call dates; scheduled Cash Call times; corresponding cash prizes; weekly sponsor groups; and Grand Prize structure.
The final schedule and prize information will therefore be available before Mining Madness begins on October 1, 2026.
Canadian promotional-contest requirements include adequate and fair disclosure of the number and approximate value of prizes, applicable geographic allocation and material facts affecting the chances of winning.
7. WEEKLY SPONSORS
Participating companies will be divided into weekly groups.
At approximately 12:00 a.m. each Monday during October, WACP will publish or otherwise identify the companies featured during that week’s Cash Calls.
This weekly format is intended to give participants an opportunity to research and learn about a manageable group of participating companies before the week’s Cash Calls.
8. HOW THE CASH CALL WORKS
At each scheduled Cash Call time, WACP will randomly select an eligible registered participant from the applicable participant pool.
WACP will attempt to contact that participant using the telephone number supplied during registration.
The selected participant will be asked a question relating to one of the participating sponsors featured for that week.
Subject to the Official Contest Rules, verification requirements and applicable skill-testing requirements, a participant who provides the required correct answer will be eligible to receive the corresponding cash prize.
9. ANSWERING A CASH CALL
Registration does not guarantee that a participant will receive a Cash Call.
Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information and ensuring their telephone can receive calls.
A selected participant may forfeit the applicable prize opportunity if the participant:
WACP is not responsible for blocked calls, carrier interruptions, spam filtering, device settings, incorrect telephone numbers or similar circumstances outside WACP’s reasonable control.
10. CASH CALL QUESTIONS
Regular Cash Call questions will relate to participating sponsors featured during the applicable week.
Participants are encouraged to research the participating companies and review information made available through WACP and other appropriate public sources.
Questions and answers will be administered in accordance with the applicable Official Contest Rules.
11. SKILL-TESTING REQUIREMENT
Before being declared an official winner, a potential winner must correctly answer, without assistance, any mathematical or other skill-testing question required under the Official Contest Rules and applicable law.
Failure to satisfy the applicable skill-testing requirement will result in forfeiture of the prize.
12. PRIZES
The final number and value of Mining Madness prizes will be established following the September 15 sponsor deadline and disclosed on September 16, 2026, before the Contest begins.
The published prize schedule will identify the applicable prizes and Cash Call opportunities.
WACP will administer and distribute prizes in accordance with the Official Contest Rules and applicable law.
13. UNWON CASH CALL PRIZES
Where provided by the Official Contest Rules and published prize schedule, if a Cash Call prize is not won because the selected participant does not provide the required correct answer or otherwise fails to satisfy the applicable winning requirements, the designated prize amount may be added to the Grand Prize Cash Call prize pool.
The applicable rollover structure will be disclosed before the Contest begins.
14. GRAND PRIZE CASH CALL
Mining Madness culminates with the Grand Prize Cash Call on October 31, 2026.
Unlike regular weekly Cash Calls, the Grand Prize question may relate to any participating sponsor featured during the October 1–31 Mining Madness campaign.
The final Grand Prize value will be determined and disclosed in accordance with the published prize structure and Official Contest Rules.
15. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of being selected for a Cash Call depend primarily upon the number of eligible registered participants in the applicable participant pool and the number of available Cash Call opportunities.
Registration does not guarantee selection or a prize.
Any material information known to WACP that affects participants’ chances of winning will be disclosed as required by applicable law.
16. REGISTRATION INFORMATION
Participants must provide accurate and current information.
Information collected during registration may include:
Participants are responsible for notifying WACP if their contact information changes.
17. CONTEST ADMINISTRATION USE OF INFORMATION
WACP may collect, use and disclose personal information reasonably necessary to administer its contests and business operations, subject to applicable privacy laws.
This may include using information for registration, participant selection, Cash Calls, identity and eligibility verification, fraud prevention, security, prize administration, winner verification, customer service and legal or regulatory compliance.

18. OPTIONAL SPONSOR INFORMATION CONSENT
WACP may also provide participants with the opportunity to expressly consent to having specified personal information used by WACP and disclosed to participating WACP sponsors.
Where the participant provides the applicable consent, information identified in the consent request may be disclosed to participating sponsors for disclosed purposes, which may include:
Information disclosed may include, where identified in the consent request, a participant’s name, email address, telephone number, city, province or territory, and stated interests or preferences.
Canadian privacy guidance emphasizes that individuals should understand what information is being shared, with whom it is shared and the purposes for which it will be used.
19. SPONSOR COMMUNICATIONS
Where a participant provides the required consent, participating sponsors may use information disclosed by WACP for the purposes described when that consent was obtained, subject to applicable Canadian privacy, electronic-communications and marketing laws.
Where applicable, sponsors are responsible for complying with legal requirements governing their subsequent use of participant information.
Consent to sponsor marketing or other secondary uses of personal information that are not necessary to administer the Contest will be optional.
Declining optional sponsor consent will not affect an eligible participant’s ability to enter, be selected or win a WACP prize.
20. WITHDRAWAL OF CONSENT
Participants may withdraw applicable consent to future optional uses or disclosures of their personal information, subject to reasonable notice and any legal or contractual restrictions.
Withdrawal of optional marketing consent will not affect an individual’s eligibility for a WACP contest.
Requests may be submitted to:
Withdrawal will not necessarily require information already lawfully disclosed to an independent sponsor to be retrieved by WACP; participants may also need to exercise applicable privacy or unsubscribe rights directly with that sponsor.
21. ELECTRONIC MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Where WACP or participating sponsors send commercial electronic messages, applicable Canadian electronic-marketing requirements must be observed.
The CRTC states that commercial electronic messages generally require consent, sender identification/contact information and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism.
Recipients may withdraw consent or unsubscribe in accordance with the applicable communication and law.
22. AGGREGATED AND DE-IDENTIFIED INFORMATION
Subject to applicable law, WACP may create and use statistical, aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify an individual for purposes including:
23. ONE REGISTRATION PER PERSON
Unless otherwise expressly stated in the applicable Official Contest Rules, each participant may maintain only one WACP registration.
Duplicate, fraudulent or automated registrations may be removed or disqualified.
24. PROHIBITED CONDUCT
Participants may not manipulate or attempt to manipulate participant selection, use bots or automated entry systems, circumvent registration restrictions, provide false identities or information, access another person’s registration, interfere with WACP technology or communications, or otherwise compromise the fairness, integrity or security of a WACP promotion.
WACP may take reasonable action, including suspension or disqualification, where prohibited conduct is established, subject to applicable law and the Official Contest Rules.
25. PUBLIC COMPANY INFORMATION
Participating sponsors may include publicly traded companies.
Information concerning sponsoring companies is provided for educational, promotional and Contest purposes.
WACP may receive compensation from companies featured as participating sponsors.
Sponsor participation should not be interpreted as an endorsement, recommendation or investment opinion by WACP.
26. NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE
Nothing contained on the Website, in a Cash Call, in sponsor materials or in WACP promotional content constitutes:
investment advice, financial advice, securities advice, an offer to sell securities, a solicitation to purchase securities, or a recommendation to buy, hold or sell any security.
Participants should conduct their own independent research and, where appropriate, consult qualified financial, investment, legal or tax professionals before making investment decisions.
27. SPONSOR-PROVIDED CONTENT
Participating companies may provide WACP with logos, company descriptions, corporate materials, news releases, links and other information.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, WACP does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy or continued currency of information supplied by participating companies.
Participants interested in a public company should consult that company’s official public disclosure and applicable securities filings.
28. CASH CALL RECORDINGS
Cash Calls may be recorded where permitted by applicable law for purposes including Contest administration, winner verification, security, fraud prevention, quality control and dispute resolution.
Where additional consent is required for promotional or public use of a recording, WACP will obtain the applicable consent.
29. WINNER PUBLICITY
Subject to applicable law and required consent, verified winners may be invited to permit WACP to use their first name, city/province, likeness, voice, Cash Call recording and prize information in WACP advertising, social media, publicity and promotional materials.
30. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
WACP will make reasonable efforts to maintain the Website and Contest systems.
WACP cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Maintenance, security events, telecommunications failures, internet outages or circumstances outside WACP’s reasonable control may temporarily affect Website or Contest availability.
31. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES
The Website may provide links to participating sponsors, public-company websites, securities filings, social-media platforms and other third-party services.
Third-party websites are independently operated.
WACP is not responsible for their content, privacy practices, security or availability.
32. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, WACP-created content, including names, logos, graphics, text, designs, promotional materials, video and other Website content, is owned by or licensed to WACP and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
Third-party trademarks, company names and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
33. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WACP will not be liable for losses arising from circumstances outside its reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet interruptions, device failures, incorrect participant information or third-party service failures.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
34. CONTEST INTEGRITY
If fraud, technical malfunction, unauthorized intervention or circumstances outside WACP’s reasonable control materially affect the integrity or proper administration of a promotion, WACP may take reasonable measures necessary to protect the Contest.
Any material modification will remain subject to applicable law and the Official Contest Rules.
WACP will not use this provision to arbitrarily reduce an advertised prize or materially disadvantage participants after a Contest has begun.
35. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
WACP may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in its Website, services, business practices or legal obligations.
The current version will be published on WinACashPrize.com with its effective or last-updated date.
Material changes to WACP’s privacy practices involving new uses or disclosures of personal information may require new consent. Canadian privacy guidance specifically addresses obtaining consent for significant changes in privacy practices.

The applicable Official Contest Rules form part of the conditions of participation.
Where the Official Contest Rules and these Terms conflict regarding a particular Contest, the Official Contest Rules will govern that Contest.
37. GOVERNING LAW
Subject to mandatory laws applicable in a participant’s jurisdiction, these Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
