MINING MADNESS 2026
Contest Period: October 1–31, 2026
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
1. CONTEST ORGANIZER
The Win A Cash Prize — Mining Madness Cash Call Contest (the “Contest”) is operated by Win A Cash Prize (“WACP”), referred to in these Official Contest Rules as the “Sponsor,” “WACP,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
Website: WinACashPrize.com
Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Official Contest Rules.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry.
Participants must have a valid telephone number and email address and must otherwise satisfy these Official Contest Rules.
Employees, officers, directors, representatives and agents of WACP, participating sponsoring companies, and any other organizations directly involved in the administration of the Contest, together with members of their immediate households, may be excluded from participation.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on October 1, 2026 and ends on October 31, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).
Regular Cash Calls are scheduled to occur Monday through Friday during October, according to the official Cash Call schedule published by WACP.
The Contest culminates with the Grand Prize Cash Call on October 31, 2026.
4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
Registration is free.
Purchasing any product or service, investing in any sponsoring company, owning securities of a sponsoring company, or otherwise providing money or valuable consideration will not increase a participant’s chances of being selected or winning.
This distinction is important under Canada’s rules governing contests involving chance or mixed chance and skill.
5. HOW TO ENTER
Eligible individuals may enter by:
Upon successful registration, the participant will be entered into the eligible participant pool for applicable Cash Calls.
Unless otherwise expressly stated by WACP, there is a limit of one registration per person.
Duplicate, fraudulent, automated or otherwise improper registrations may be disqualified.
6. SPONSORS AND CASH CALL SCHEDULE
Participating Mining Madness sponsors must complete their sponsorship requirements by September 15, 2026.
On or about September 16, 2026, WACP intends to publish:
Sponsors will be organized into weekly groups for purposes of the Cash Call competition.
7. WEEKLY SPONSOR ANNOUNCEMENTS
At approximately 12:00 a.m. each Monday during October, WACP will identify the sponsors being featured for that week’s Cash Calls.
The weekly format is designed to give registered participants an opportunity to research and learn about a manageable group of participating companies before that week’s Cash Calls.
Participants are responsible for reviewing the information made available about the featured sponsors.
8. HOW THE CASH CALL WORKS
At a scheduled Cash Call time, WACP will randomly select an eligible registered participant from the applicable eligible participant pool.
WACP will then attempt to contact the selected participant by telephone.
The selected participant will be asked a question relating to one of the participating sponsors featured for that week.
Subject to these Official Contest Rules and successful verification, a participant who provides the required correct answer will be eligible to receive the cash prize associated with that Cash Call.
9. ANSWERING THE CASH CALL
To remain eligible to win, the selected participant must:
If the selected participant does not answer the telephone, cannot be reached, declines the call, disconnects before completing the Cash Call, fails to satisfy eligibility requirements, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Contest Rules, the opportunity to win that particular prize may be forfeited.
WACP is not responsible for calls that cannot be completed because of telephone settings, call blocking, carrier issues, incorrect telephone numbers or circumstances outside WACP’s reasonable control.
10. SKILL-TESTING REQUIREMENT
Before being declared a winner, a selected participant must correctly answer, without assistance, a mathematical or other appropriate skill-testing question as required under the Contest structure and applicable Canadian law.
The required skill-testing question may form part of the Cash Call or may be administered during the subsequent winner-verification process.
Failure to correctly answer the required skill-testing question will result in forfeiture of the prize.
11. CASH PRIZES
WACP will offer cash prizes throughout the Contest Period.
Before participants are committed to the Contest, WACP will disclose, as required by applicable law, the number and approximate value of available prizes, applicable geographic allocation and material information known to WACP affecting the chances of winning.
This disclosure is particularly important: the Competition Bureau specifically requires adequate and fair disclosure of these matters.
The applicable prize for each Cash Call will be identified through WACP’s published Contest materials and/or Cash Call schedule.
12. UNWON CASH CALL PRIZES
Where a scheduled Cash Call prize is not won because the selected participant fails to provide the required correct answer or otherwise fails to satisfy the requirements of these Official Contest Rules, the applicable designated prize amount may be added to the Grand Prize Cash Call prize pool, provided that this rollover mechanism and applicable prize amounts have been disclosed in the Contest’s published prize structure.
This means that unsuccessful Cash Calls may increase the value of the Grand Prize available at the conclusion of Mining Madness.
13. GRAND PRIZE CASH CALL
The Grand Prize Cash Call will take place on October 31, 2026.
Unlike regular weekly Cash Calls, the Grand Prize question may relate to ANY participating Mining Madness sponsor featured during the October 1–31, 2026 Contest Period.
Participants are therefore encouraged to research and follow participating sponsors throughout the entire Contest Period.
The final Grand Prize amount and applicable conditions will be disclosed by WACP in accordance with these Official Contest Rules and applicable law.
14. ODDS OF WINNING
The odds of being selected for a Cash Call depend primarily upon the number of eligible registered participants in the applicable participant pool and the number of Cash Call opportunities available.
Registration does not guarantee that a participant will receive a Cash Call or win a prize.
Any additional fact known to WACP that materially affects a participant’s chances of winning will be disclosed as required by law.
15. WINNER VERIFICATION
A potential winner may be required to:
A potential winner will not be considered an official winner until WACP has completed the required verification process.
16. PAYMENT OF PRIZES
Verified prizes will be paid using a payment method designated by WACP.
WACP will make reasonable efforts to distribute prizes without undue delay, consistent with applicable Canadian contest requirements.
Potential winners are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to complete prize payment.
17. RECORDING AND PUBLICITY
Cash Calls may be recorded for Contest administration, verification, security and promotional purposes, subject to applicable law and any required consent.

19. TECHNICAL AND TELEPHONE ISSUES

Participants are responsible for ensuring that the telephone number and email address associated with their registration remain accurate throughout the Contest Period.
20. CONTEST INTEGRITY
If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention or circumstances outside WACP’s reasonable control materially impair the integrity or proper administration of the Contest, WACP may, subject to applicable law, take reasonable steps necessary to preserve the fairness and integrity of the Contest.
Such steps may include modifying, suspending or terminating affected portions of the Contest.
Any material change affecting participants, available prizes or chances of winning will be communicated appropriately.
21. PRIVACY
Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be collected, used, stored and disclosed in accordance with the WACP Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy legislation.
Personal information may be used for purposes reasonably necessary to administer the Contest, including:
Any marketing communications requiring separate consent will be handled in accordance with applicable law.
22. SPONSORING COMPANIES
Participating Mining Madness companies provide sponsorship funding and may be featured in WACP educational and promotional materials.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, participating companies do not select Cash Call participants or determine Contest winners.
Registration for WACP does not require a participant to purchase securities, own securities, open an investment account or make an investment in any participating sponsoring company.
Information concerning participating public companies is provided for Contest, educational and promotional purposes and should not be considered investment advice or a recommendation to purchase or sell securities.
23. GOVERNING LAW
Subject to applicable mandatory laws, these Official Contest Rules and the Contest will be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Participants retain any rights available to them under mandatory laws applicable in their province or territory of residence.
24. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Participation in the Contest constitutes acceptance of these Official Contest Rules.
If any provision of these Rules is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
WACP’s decisions concerning the administration and interpretation of the Contest will be final, subject to applicable law.
