This Legal Information page applies to Win A Cash Prize (“WACP”), WinACashPrize.com (the “Website”), WACP promotions, The Cash Call, Mining Madness, participating sponsors, and related WACP content and services.
This page should be read together with WACP’s Official Contest Rules, Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
1. WIN A CASH PRIZE
Win A Cash Prize operates promotional, educational and interactive campaigns designed to introduce participants to participating companies through company information, research, sponsor-focused questions and cash-prize contests.
WACP may receive compensation from participating companies in exchange for sponsorship, advertising, promotional exposure and participation in WACP campaigns.
Participating companies are paid sponsors unless otherwise expressly stated.
2. MINING MADNESS 2026
The WACP Mining Madness — Cash Call promotion is scheduled to operate from:
October 1, 2026 through October 31, 2026.
Regular Cash Calls will take place Monday through Friday during October according to the Official Cash Call Schedule.
The Grand Prize Cash Call will take place October 31, 2026.
3. SPONSOR DEADLINE & OFFICIAL SCHEDULE
Participating sponsor commitments and applicable sponsorship payments must be completed by:
September 15, 2026.
Following the sponsor deadline, WACP will determine the final number of Cash Calls and corresponding prize structure.
On September 16, 2026, WACP intends to publish the final participating sponsors, weekly sponsor groups, number of Cash Calls, Cash Call dates and times, corresponding prize amounts, and Grand Prize structure.
This information will be published before Mining Madness begins on October 1, 2026.
Canadian promotional-contest guidance requires adequate and fair disclosure of the number and approximate value of prizes, regional allocation where applicable, and material facts affecting the chances of winning.
4. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY
NO PURCHASE OR INVESTMENT IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
Eligible participants may register for WACP without paying an entry fee.
Participants are not required to:
Purchasing securities or doing business with a participating sponsor does not increase a participant’s chances of being selected or winning.
5. ELIGIBILITY
Unless otherwise provided in the applicable Official Contest Rules, WACP contests are intended for legal residents of Canada who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence.
Additional eligibility requirements and exclusions are contained in the applicable Official Contest Rules.
Void where prohibited by law.
6. OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES
Participation in Mining Madness and other WACP contests is governed by the applicable Official Contest Rules.
The Official Contest Rules contain important information concerning:
eligibility, registration, participant selection, Cash Call procedures, skill-testing requirements, prizes, odds of winning, winner verification, forfeiture, Grand Prize procedures and other conditions of participation.
In the event of a conflict between general information appearing elsewhere on the Website and the Official Contest Rules concerning the administration or outcome of a Contest, the Official Contest Rules will govern, subject to applicable law.
7. RANDOM SELECTION & SKILL
Eligible registered participants may be randomly selected to receive Cash Calls.
A selected participant must satisfy the applicable Cash Call requirements and correctly complete any required skill-testing requirement before being declared an official winner.
Registration does not guarantee selection, and selection does not guarantee a prize.
The Competition Bureau’s promotional-contest guidance addresses random or skill-based prize distribution as well as disclosure obligations.
8. UNWON PRIZES & GRAND PRIZE
Where provided by the Official Contest Rules and published prize structure, a designated Cash Call prize that is not won may be added to the Grand Prize Cash Call prize pool.
The Grand Prize Cash Call will take place on October 31, 2026.
The Grand Prize question may relate to any participating Mining Madness sponsor featured during the Contest Period, rather than only sponsors featured during a particular week.
The final Grand Prize structure will be disclosed before the Contest begins.
PUBLIC COMPANIES & INVESTING
9. PAID SPONSOR DISCLOSURE
Companies participating in Mining Madness or other WACP campaigns may pay WACP sponsorship, advertising or promotional fees.
Accordingly, information concerning a participating company appearing on WACP should be understood in the context of a paid promotional relationship unless expressly stated otherwise.
Sponsor participation does not constitute an endorsement or investment recommendation by WACP.
10. NOT INVESTMENT ADVICE
WACP IS NOT AN INVESTMENT ADVISER, SECURITIES DEALER, BROKER, RESEARCH ANALYST OR PORTFOLIO MANAGER.
Nothing appearing on WinACashPrize.com, communicated during a Cash Call, contained in WACP promotional material or provided by a participating sponsor through WACP constitutes:
investment advice, financial advice, securities advice, an offer to sell securities, a solicitation to purchase securities, or a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security.
Participants and Website visitors are responsible for conducting their own independent research.
Anyone considering an investment should review the applicable company’s official disclosure and consult appropriately qualified professional advisers where necessary.
11. PUBLIC COMPANY INFORMATION
Information concerning participating public companies may originate from:
WACP does not guarantee that third-party or sponsor-provided information is complete, accurate, current or free from error.
Participants should verify material information independently before relying upon it.

Information concerning participating companies may contain forward-looking statements or forward-looking information concerning anticipated plans, projects, operations, financial performance, mineral exploration, development, resources, objectives or future events.
Forward-looking information involves risks, assumptions and uncertainties.
Actual results may differ materially from expectations.
WACP does not guarantee the future performance, securities price, mineral resources, business results or prospects of any participating company.
PRIVACY & COMMUNICATIONS
13. PERSONAL INFORMATION
WACP collects and handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy and applicable Canadian privacy requirements.
Personal information may be used where reasonably necessary to administer WACP services and contests, including registration, random participant selection, Cash Calls, eligibility verification, fraud prevention, winner verification and prize fulfillment.
14. OPTIONAL SPONSOR DISCLOSURE
Where a participant provides the applicable express consent, WACP may use specified participant information and disclose it to participating WACP sponsors for purposes identified when consent is obtained.
These purposes may include marketing, promotional, investor-awareness and corporate communications.
Optional consent to sponsor disclosure is not required to enter or win where the disclosure is not necessary to administer the Contest.
Federal privacy guidance emphasizes meaningful consent, including understanding what information is collected, with whom it will be shared and for what purposes.
15. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
WACP and participating sponsors are responsible for complying with applicable requirements governing commercial electronic communications.
Where applicable, commercial electronic messages must comply with Canadian requirements concerning consent, sender identification and unsubscribe functionality.
Participants may withdraw applicable consent as described in the WACP Privacy Policy and the relevant communication.
WEBSITE & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
16. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise indicated, WACP-created Website content, including the Win A Cash Prize name, WACP branding, The Cash Call branding, Mining Madness materials, graphics, text, designs, promotional materials, audio and video, is owned by or licensed to WACP and may be protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws.
No WACP content may be reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially exploited without authorization except as permitted by applicable law.
Third-party company names, trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.
17. THIRD-PARTY LINKS
WinACashPrize.com may contain links to sponsor websites, regulatory filings, public-company websites, social-media services and other third-party resources.
Third-party websites operate independently of WACP.
WACP does not control and is not responsible for their content, security, privacy practices or continued availability.
18. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
WACP will make reasonable efforts to maintain its Website and Contest systems but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Technical maintenance, internet interruptions, telecommunications failures, security incidents and circumstances outside WACP’s reasonable control may affect availability.
19. CASH CALLS & TELECOMMUNICATIONS
Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate registration information and a telephone capable of receiving Cash Calls.
Subject to applicable law, WACP is not responsible for calls missed because of incorrect contact information, telephone settings, blocked calls, spam filtering, telecommunications interruptions, device failures or circumstances outside WACP’s reasonable control.
Specific consequences of a missed Cash Call are governed by the Official Contest Rules.
20. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WACP, its representatives and service providers will not be responsible for losses arising from circumstances outside their reasonable control or from a user’s reliance upon third-party, sponsor-provided or public-company information.
Nothing contained on this Website excludes, restricts or modifies a legal right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
21. CHANGES & CONTEST INTEGRITY
WACP may update Website content and its legal documents when reasonably necessary.
Any changes affecting an active Contest will remain subject to applicable law and the Official Contest Rules.
WACP will not rely on a general Website provision to arbitrarily reduce an advertised prize or materially disadvantage participants after a Contest has begun.
22. GOVERNING LAW
Subject to mandatory laws applicable in a user’s jurisdiction, WinACashPrize.com and WACP’s legal terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Nothing in WACP’s legal documents limits rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
